Travelling with prescription medication, done properly
Most countries let travellers bring their own prescription medication. Some require a permit or an import declaration first, some restrict how much you may carry, and a few will not allow a particular drug at all. We work out which of those applies to you, prepare the paperwork, and stay with the file until it is finished.

What you are actually buying
Our time and our knowledge — not a permit.
- A free consult, firstYou tell us the destination, the medication and the dates. We tell you what the process looks like, which routes exist, how certain we are about each, and what the drawbacks are. Nothing is charged for this and there is nothing to sign up to.
- You choose the routeWhere a destination offers more than one way through, we lay out all of them and you decide. We do not pick for you, and we do not hide the option we would find harder to run.
- We prepare the documentsThe doctor’s letter, the translation, the forms, the covering material — written, checked and assembled to what the destination asks for rather than to a template.
- We file where we are permitted to, and follow it throughSome authorities accept a filing from a third party; others will only accept it from you, in which case you receive it ready to send. Either way we stay with the file to the end.

What we do not promise
We are not able to promise that a permit will be issued, and we will not pretend otherwise to make a sale. The decision belongs to the authority in the destination country, and the timetable belongs partly to a doctor, a translator and a postal service. What we control is the quality of what is submitted, the timing, and the fact that you know where the file stands.
Where we discover during the work that the route we agreed on is blocked, the fee is refunded. Where a claim has not been verified, we say so in those words rather than filling the gap with a reasonable guess.

Can someone else file the application for me?Some routes accept a third party acting for the traveller and some accept only the traveller.
