What it costs

An initial eligibility check at no cost, and accompaniment from ₪199. What the fee covers, what is paid directly to a third party, and when money comes back.

The initial eligibility check costs nothing. You pay only after you have decided to go ahead, and only after you know exactly what for. There is no deposit to "look into it" and no sign-up.

The number

Accompaniment from ₪199. This is a paid service, and that is where it starts — not a flat price for every case. Your amount is set in the fit check, according to the destination, the medication and the route chosen for them. You are told it before you pay anything, not at the end.

Why it is not a single number: a destination where the application goes to a local doctor is not the same work as one where it goes to a government body. The longer and heavier the process, the heavier the accompaniment.

Two payment models:

application. Opening the file is ₪99. Only after the application is approved and the route is complete is the remaining ₪100 charged.

stages the same way, it is paid when the file is opened.

Which model applies to you, and what the amount is, is said in the fit check, before any payment.

There are cases where the answer is that you do not need us at all: no permit route is involved and the prescription and documents you already hold are enough. When that is the case we say so in the eligibility check and charge nothing. That is not generosity. It is the reason you can trust the answer when it goes the other way.

Why the payment is split

Because it should reflect the work, not the odds. The ₪99 covers opening the file and the work that starts at once: settling the route, preparing the documents and filing them. The ₪100 is charged only after the approval or prescription has been received and the route is complete.

That is a statement about when we bill, not a promise that it will happen. Parts of the process are not ours to control, and we say so at the start.

What you are actually buying

Read this part carefully, because it is the part most services blur.

You are paying for the accompaniment, not for a permit. No permit is being sold here, because no permit is ours to sell. The decision belongs to an authority, and authorities are not parties to our agreement with you. What we are selling is the fact that somebody has done this before: the hours that go into reading the actual rule instead of a blog about the rule, the knowledge of which format gets a file rejected on sight, and the work of assembling something that is complete when it arrives.

If a service promises you the outcome, ask them what happens when the authority says no. There is no honest answer to that question.

What the fee includes

trade-offs of each, and a straight statement of what we know and what we do not. At no cost, and before any decision.

and you choose.

receiving body expects, including a draft your doctor only has to review and sign, and a check of what you already hold.

there. On routes that only accept the traveller, the complete file reaches you ready to send.

to your flight starts getting short.

What the fee does not include

Official fees, a consultation or document from your doctor, a notarised translation, membership dues, a courier — where your route needs any of these, they are paid directly to whoever charges them, at their price. We do not add a margin and we do not take a commission.

For example: if your destination requires a notarised translation of a document, that translation is not part of the accompaniment fee and is paid directly to the notary.

This is not fine print, it is a selling point: you can see exactly what is being paid for our knowledge and what is being paid to a third party. In the eligibility check we tell you which external costs are likely in your case, before you decide.

The timeframe

Defined and reasonable, but not strict — and we would rather say that than invent a deadline. Some of the calendar is not ours. An authority takes the time it takes. A postal channel takes the time it takes. A doctor replies when they reply. What we commit to is that we move without delay on our side, that we tell you the realistic window at the start, and that we flag it the moment it starts looking tight.

What this is not is an open-ended retainer running for a year. The accompaniment covers your trip and the file we opened for it.

When money comes back

This is the full wording, identical to the terms.

Until then this amount is not charged.

automatically entitle you to a refund.

A negative decision from an authority, a delay on their side, or a change in your own travel plans are not grounds for a refund. The work you paid for was done. We would rather set that expectation now, in writing, than argue about it when you are stressed.

Why it is not cheaper

Because what you are buying is the time you do not spend: reading the regulation itself, discovering that a file was rejected for its format rather than its content, and working out who the correct recipient even is. It is still less than the cost of a flight you take without the medication you need.

Next step

Bring us the destination, the medication and the date. You will get your route and an honest read on it before any payment is discussed.

FAQ

Other questions that come up here

Do I pay anything for the first conversation?
No. The initial eligibility check costs nothing, there is no account and no card, and if the answer is that you do not need us you will hear that and pay nothing.
What exactly does the money buy?
Our time and our knowledge — settling the route, preparing and checking the documents, filing where we are permitted to, and following the file to the end. It does not buy a decision from an authority.
Why is the online-route fee split into ₪99 and ₪100?
The ₪99 covers opening the file and the work that starts immediately. The ₪100 is charged only after the approval or prescription has been received and the route is complete.
When is the payment refunded?
When we are the ones who discover, during the work, that the route was not executable at all because of our error — the ₪99, or the full ₪399 where that was paid up front. A negative decision, a delay, or a change in your own travel plans are not grounds for a refund.
