Terms and privacy

What we agree to do and what we explicitly do not, how payment and refunds work, what data we hold about you, where it is stored, and how long we keep it.

This is a plain-language summary, written so that it can actually be read. It is a working draft and not a final legal document; the privacy, liability and cancellation clauses are still to be reviewed by a lawyer. Nothing here is legal advice.

1 · What the service is

We prepare and manage documentation for travelling with prescribed medication. You pay for an accompaniment service — our time, our knowledge and our document work — described in how it works.

You are not buying a permit. Whether an application is approved, and when, is decided by an authority that is not a party to our agreement with you. We make no promise about the outcome and no promise about a date.

Where a destination has more than one route, we lay out all of them, with what is known and what is not, and you choose.

2 · What we do not provide

say. We do not give a legal opinion on your circumstances.

decide what you should take. That is your doctor's role.

official, border officer or carrier will behave.

3 · Payment

The initial eligibility check costs nothing. If you decide to go ahead, the fee is quoted to you before payment and is payable once you approve the plan. The fee starts at ₪199, and the actual amount is set in the fit check according to the destination, the medication and the route chosen for them. Two payment models apply:

the approval or prescription has been received and the route is complete**. ₪199 in total.

longer and does not split into stages the same way.

Current figures are on the pricing page.

External costs — official fees, a doctor's charges, notarised translation, membership dues, courier — are paid by you directly to whoever charges them. We do not add a margin and take no commission on them.

4 · Refunds

This is the binding wording. It is quoted verbatim on the pricing page and in our conversation with you.

not refunded for work actually performed.

Until then this amount is not charged.

work, that the route was not executable at all, because of our error.

same rule: if we are the ones who discover that the route was not executable at all because of our error, the whole amount comes back — no proration and no deduction for work already done.

automatically entitle you to a refund. That includes documents not sent, a signature not given, no reply in time to a request, coming to us too late for what the process needs, a change of destination or medication, and a cancelled trip.

A negative decision by an authority, or a delay on their side, is not grounds for a refund. The work you paid for was performed.

5 · Timeframe

We work to a defined and reasonable timeframe, not a strict one, and we tell you the realistic window at the start. Parts of the calendar belong to authorities, postal services and doctors, and are outside our control. The engagement covers the file we opened for your trip; it is not an open-ended retainer.

6 · What we need from you

Accurate information, and documents that are genuinely yours. If what you tell us is wrong or incomplete, the work built on it will be too. We will not knowingly assist with a false statement to any authority, and we will end the engagement if we are asked to.

7 · Accuracy

We verify against primary sources and record the date of each check, as set out in how we verify. Rules change, and sometimes they change after we have read them. We correct mistakes openly when we find them or when you tell us about one. We do not accept liability for a change in an authority's rules or practice after the date shown on a page.

8 · Privacy

This section describes what actually exists, not intentions.

8.1 · What we hold

the destination or medication you gave are stored in a file on our server, and also sent to our own inbox and internal alert channel.

the conversation** are stored in a database on our server. That includes what you wrote and what we answered. We keep it so that the work can continue and so that what was agreed is on record.

payment status and the dates of each step.

The server is in Israel. Access to it is restricted, and conversations and cases are reachable through a single password-protected console.

8.2 · Why, and who sees it

Your details are used solely to handle your case. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to a third party for marketing, and we do not use them for mail you did not ask for. Information leaves us only to the body your file is submitted to, and only where submission is part of the route you chose.

8.3 · Medical documents — where they sit

A passport, a licence, a prescription and a doctor's letter are the most sensitive things we hold, so they get their own mechanism:

case.

none that can be guessed. They can be viewed only through our console, after logging in.

we will tell you.

8.4 · How long we keep it

Deletion is automatic, and the period is configurable — if you ask us to delete earlier, we delete earlier.

from the files, and may be retained longer where the law requires it, for example accounting records.

That separation is deliberate: it lets a passport scan be deleted without losing the record of the case.

8.5 · Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, and ask for deletion — of the documents, of the conversation, or of both. Ask on the same channel the contact started on. Where the law requires us to keep something, we say so explicitly.

8.6 · How we measure use of this website

This site runs Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool that shows us scroll and click heat maps and records the sequence of actions on a page. We use it to find where an explanation is not landing and where people get stuck.

Precisely what that means:

phone, email and every other input field come to us alone. The tool is configured in a masking mode that applies this to all input fields.

identifiers. It is a Microsoft service and the Microsoft privacy statement applies to it.

measures usage only; it does not tailor ads. There is no Google Analytics and no Facebook pixel here.

correspondence, not your enquiry details. It sees website pages, not files.

If you would rather not be measured, block third-party cookies in your browser settings or use a private window. The site works fully either way.

9 · Liability

Subject to law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the accompaniment fee actually paid on that case. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a loss arising from a trip that was cancelled or changed.

10 · Website content

The guides and answers on this site are general information about process and document types. They are not a ruling about your case.

11 · Changes and contact

We update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page is when they were last updated. For questions, corrections or a deletion request, write to us on the channel the contact started on.

/terms/ and /privacy/ both lead to this same page; the privacy policy is section 8 above.
