About us

We prepare and manage the documentation people need in order to travel with prescribed medication, including the categories that are treated as controlled substances. That is the whole business. We are not a pharmacy, not a clinic and not a law firm.

Why this exists

It started with a single case that took far longer than it should have. The information needed to do it correctly existed — it was published, it was official, and it was readable. It was just scattered across a form, a regulation and a page that contradicted each other in tone, in three languages, none of them the traveller's.

The traveller in that case was not being reckless. They had a prescription, a diagnosis and a doctor. What they did not have was any way to know which of the seven confident answers they had found online was the one their situation actually fell under. That is a documentation problem, and documentation problems are solvable by someone willing to sit with the primary source.

So we started building a database of verified cells: one destination, one medication category, one route, with the literal quote that supports every field and the date it was checked. That database — not this website, not any software — is the actual asset here. Everything else is an interface on top of it. How it is built and policed is set out in how we verify.

What we sell

Time and knowledge. You get a free consult, an honest read on whether a route exists for your case and how heavy it is, and then, if you choose to go ahead, the work: settling the route, preparing the documents to the format that is actually expected, filing where we are permitted to, and staying with the file until it closes. How it works is the step-by-step.

The price is for the accompaniment. It is not a purchase of a permit, and saying so clearly is not a caveat we bury — it is the honest description of what is on offer.

Three things we refuse to do

We do not promise outcomes. Not the decision, not the date. Parts of this process belong to authorities, to postal systems and to doctors, and we have no authority over any of them. Anyone who promises you a permit is either guessing or selling you something they cannot deliver. If you have been promised one elsewhere, ask what happens when the answer is no.

We do not give legal advice. We read published sources, we quote them literally, and we explain what they say and — just as often — what they do not say. That is documentation work. It is not a legal opinion on your situation, and we will tell you when a question has crossed into territory where you need a lawyer.

We do not give medical advice. We do not decide what you should take, we do not change a dose, and we do not write prescriptions. Your prescribing doctor does all of that. What we do is bring your doctor a draft that already contains every field the receiving body expects, so that they only have to check it and sign.

What we also refuse to do

Tell you there is a problem when there is not one. If your case does not need us, you will hear that in the free consult and you will not be charged. A service that only ever finds work for itself is not a service you can use to decide anything.

How we talk to you

Plainly, and with the uncertainty in the sentence rather than hidden behind it. If we have run a real case on a route, we say we have run it. If we have only read the source, we say we have only read the source. If there is a point we would have to clear up as we go, you hear about that point before you pay, not after.

That habit costs us sales occasionally. It is also the entire reason a stranger's answer about their own medication should be worth anything to you.
