A real question
Can you guarantee I will get the permit?
In short
No. We cannot guarantee an approval and we cannot guarantee a date, because both belong to an authority that is not a party to our agreement with you. What you pay for is the accompaniment — our time, our knowledge and our document work. Anyone promising you the outcome is promising something they do not control.
The straight answer
No. Not the approval, and not the date.
We would rather lead with that than bury it, because the alternative — a guarantee that quietly evaporates in the terms — is the standard trick in this market. If you have been promised an approval elsewhere, ask what happens when the answer is no. There is no honest response to that question.
What we can commit to
That your file is complete when it is submitted. Every field the receiving body expects, in the format it expects, in the right order.
That it goes down the right channel, to the right recipient. A perfect document sent to the wrong place fails exactly as thoroughly as a bad one.
That you know the realistic calendar at the start. Including where our record has an open point, told to you before you pay rather than after.
That we say what we do not know. Where a source is silent, our record says it is silent. That policy is public — how we verify.
That we stay with the file to the end, and warn you while options still exist.
Why that is worth something
Because the failures we see are overwhelmingly avoidable. A missing registration number. A diagnosis written as "for treatment". A quantity that does not reconcile with the travel dates. A file that went to the wrong desk. A start three weeks too late. Not one of those is an authority exercising judgement — they are process errors, and process is what we do.
Where we do refund
One case: if we discover during the work that the route we agreed on is blocked, your payment is returned. A negative decision, a delay, or a change in your travel plans are not refund cases, because the work you paid for was performed — see pricing and the terms.
And the free part
The answer that stops you is never billed. If your case needs nothing from us, or if the destination prohibits your medication outright, you hear that in the free consult and pay nothing — see when there is no permit route.
If you would rather have a precise answer than a comfortable promise, the free consult is the place to start. Bring the destination, the medication and the dates.
