כמה זמן מראש צריך להיערך לטיסה לאמירויות?

זמן ההגשה המינימלי באמירויות הוא עוד לא אומת — כלומר אין מספר רשמי מפורסם, וזו עובדה ולא פער בבדיקה. זמן הטיפול המוצהר הוא קצר, אבל הצוואר האמיתי הוא הצד הישראלי: מרשם בתוקף, דוח רפואי ואימות.
המספר שאינו קיים
הרבה עמודים בעברית נוקבים במספר ימים "שצריך" להגיש מראש לאמירויות. בבדיקה של המקורות הרשמיים לא נמצא מספר כזה. זה נראה כמו פער — וזה בעצם ממצא: הרשות פרסמה זמן טיפול ממוצע, ולא פרסמה מועד מינימלי.

לא פורסמו כללי פורמט (סוג קובץ, גודל, מספר עמודים) לפורטל ה-EDE. השדה הזה נשאר ריק בכוונה ולא מנוחש.
השדה של הזמן המינימלי כתוב עוד לא אומת, וזה מדויק. אנחנו לא ממציאים "14 יום" כדי להישמע מקצועיים.
איפה הזמן באמת נגמר
לא בצד האמירתי. הצד שלוקח זמן הוא הישראלי, ויש בו ארבעה שלבים שכל אחד מהם יכול לתקוע שבוע: תור לרופא הרושם, מסמך שכולל את הפרטים שהרשות דורשת, תאריכי הנפקה שנמצאים בחלון שהרשות מקבלת, ואימות המסמכים מול גורם בריאות. הרביעי הוא הפתוח ביותר — מיהו "גורם הבריאות" של מטופל ישראלי היא שאלה שאין לה מקבילה במקורות שקראנו.
נקודות הכשל
- 🔴 הנחה ש"יש לי מרשם ישראלי, זה מספיק" — הדרישה היא מרשם וגם דוח רפואי, ושניהם מאומתים ע"י גורם בריאות
- מרשם ישן מ-3 חודשים ומעלה — ה-EDE דורש מרשם שהונפק ב-3 החודשים האחרונים ודוח רפואי מהשנה האחרונה
- מסמכים בעברית בלבד — דרישת השפה אינה מפורסמת, וזו מלכודת ישראלית פתוחה
- אי-הצהרה בכניסה כשלא הוגש אישור מראש — ההצהרה בגבול היא חובה במקרה כזה
- כמות מעל 3 חודשי טיפול
- הסתמכות על "זה רק תוסף/תרופת מדף בישראל" — הסיווג נקבע ברשימת ה-EDE, לא בישראל
- חוסר חשבון UAE PASS ביום ההגשה — ההגשה המקוונת חסומה בלעדיו
ההמלצה המעשית
מתחילים כשמזמינים את הטיסה, לא כשאורזים. גם אם מתברר שאין דרישת זמן פורמלית, כל מסמך שנאסף בשקט שווה יותר ממסמך שנאסף בלחץ. ואם מתגלה תוך כדי שהמסלול חסום — עדיף לגלות את זה עם חודש ביד.
