המלכודת שאיש אינו רואה מראש היא לא משפטית אלא טכנית: ההגשה המקוונת רצה דרך זהות דיגיטלית לאומית. תייר שאין לו כזו מגלה את זה ביום שהוא מנסה להגיש — כלומר מאוחר מדי. השאלה אם נציג מורשה יכול להגיש במקומו נשארה עוד לא אומתה, ואנחנו לא סוגרים אותה בניחוש.
