מהן הדרישות לקבלת אישור תרופה לחו״ל?
בקצרה
יש שני צדדים, ולכל אחד דרישות משלו. בישראל פונים לבית המרקחת לפחות שבוע מראש מקור: gov_page, 2.8.2026 עם צילום דרכון, צילום כרטיס טיסה עם תאריכים והצהרת מטופל מקור: gov_page, 2.8.2026, ובית המרקחת פונה לרוקחות המחוזית. בצד היעד הדרישה משתנה לגמרי: בתאילנד, למשל, לקודאין היתר IC-2 נדרש בכל כמות; ההיתר מכסה עד 90 יום טיפול לפי המרשם, ובבריטניה לריטלין אין הגשה כלל.
כשמחפשים "אישור לקחת תרופות לחו״ל", מקבלים בדרך כלל את העמוד של משרד הבריאות — והוא עוסק רק בחצי מהשאלה. יש שני צדדים שונים לגמרי: מה ישראל דורשת כדי שתצאו עם הכמות, ומה מדינת היעד דורשת כדי שתיכנסו איתה.
הצד הישראלי — ניפוק ואישור נשיאה
זה תהליך תפעולי, שעובר דרך בית המרקחת ולא דרככם. המסמכים שהמקור מונה:
צילום דרכון · צילום כרטיס טיסה או נסיעה עם תאריך יציאה מהארץ ותאריך חזרה · הצהרת מטופל או מטופלת (או הצהרת אפוטרופוס עבור קטין), כי הסמים יהיו בחזקתו הבלעדית של המטופל… ולשימושו האישי מקור: gov_page, 2.8.2026
ומה בית המרקחת מקבל בשבילכם:
לאחר קבלת כל המסמכים הנדרשים, הרוקח או הרוקחת בבית המרקחת יוכלו לפנות לרוקחות המחוזית בלשכת הבריאות ולקבל: אישור לנפק את הכמות המוגדלת. "אישור נשיאת סם" (אם נדרש). מקור: gov_page, 2.8.2026

הצד של היעד — שלושה מצבים שונים
כאן אין דרישה אחידה. בתאים שלנו חוזרים שלושה מצבים:
היתר מרשות היעד, לפני הטיסה. בתאילנד, לנרקוטיקה כמו קודאין: היתר IC-2 נדרש בכל כמות; ההיתר מכסה עד 90 יום טיפול לפי המרשם. זמן מראש: לפחות 15 ימים לפני הטיסה. בפולין, לריטלין, הבקשה מוגשת לרשות הפולנית — זמן מראש: לפחות 15 ימים לפני הטיסה.
אין הגשה ליעד — מסמכים שמוצגים בכניסה. בבריטניה, לריטלין:
עד 3 חודשי אספקה של תכשיר שנרשם כדין במדינת המגורים הרגילה, נישא על הגוף בכבודת יד, עם מכתב מהרופא הרושם. אין היתר ואין הגשה. המקור נוקב בחודשים ולא בימים.יעד שבו המקור חוסם. במצרים, לריטלין: אפס. החומר ברשימות 1/3 לחוק 182/1960 ואינו ניתן לנשיאה כלל, בכל כמות.
אותה תרופה יכולה ליפול בשלושה מצבים שונים בשלושה יעדים. זה מה שהופך את השאלה "מה הדרישות" לשאלה שאין לה תשובה אחת. דוגמה מלאה לתרופה אחת על פני 14 יעדים: האם מותר לקחת ריטלין לחו״ל.
