"מכתב רופא באנגלית" נשמע כמו פריט אחד. בפועל זו רשימת שדות, והיא שונה בין יעד ליעד — עם שני שדות שרופאים ישראלים משמיטים כמעט תמיד.
מה שמדריכים כותבים
הניסוח הרווח הוא "צרפו מכתב מהרופא המטפל באנגלית שמפרט את התרופה". זה נכון ולא מספיק: אף אחד מהמדריכים לא כותב אילו שדות המקור הרשמי דורש, ומכתב חסר שדה הוא בדיוק מה שעוצר תיק.

בארה"ב אין היתר להגיש, אבל יש הצהרה שחייבת לכלול פרט מסוים, והתקנה מציינת מה נדרש כשהתווית אינה נושאת סימון אמריקאי: מקור: gov_page, 16.8.2026
