- אי-הצהרה בכניסה כשלא הוגש אישור מראש — ההצהרה בגבול היא חובה במקרה כזה
- כמות מעל 3 חודשי טיפול
- הסתמכות על "זה רק תוסף/תרופת מדף בישראל" — הסיווג נקבע ברשימת ה-EDE, לא בישראל

שתי מלכודות ישראליות ספציפיות חוזרות כאן. הראשונה: הנחה ש"מרשם ישראלי זה מספיק" — הרגולטור מדבר על מרשם וגם דוח רפואי, ושניהם מאומתים על ידי גורם בריאות. השנייה: תאריכים. מרשם ישן מדי פשוט לא מתקבל, וזו סיבת דחייה טכנית לגמרי שאפשר למנוע בשיחה של חמש דקות לפני שמזמינים תור לרופא.
